Idaho Headwaters (Idaho Public Television)

I’ve spent most of my career working as a writer, researcher, editor and policy strategist, but I’ve also orchestrated and worked on a number of public relations campaigns that sometimes landed me in front of the camera.

This 30-minute Idaho Public Television segment compiled interviews and footage from around Idaho to celebrate and discuss the state’s diverse headwaters areas. I donned a backpack and joined the Ourdoor Idaho TV crew along with pack horses and a handful of others featured in the program and hiked two days into the Sawtooth Wilderness Area where I and others gave interviews.

I’ve grown more confident at podiums and in front of the camera over the years and am pleased with how the story came together.
